1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Heating Maintenance Vancouver, a division of ROMA Heating Ltd., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

We provide professional heating maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • Furnace maintenance and repair
  • Boiler maintenance and repair
  • Heat pump maintenance and repair
  • Gas heater maintenance and repair
  • Electric heating maintenance and repair
  • Ductless mini-split maintenance and repair
  • Emergency heating services
  • Replacement parts supply and installation

3. Service Area

Our services are available throughout Metro Vancouver and surrounding areas including but not limited to Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, Delta, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, White Rock, and Port Moody.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and service area. We strive to provide prompt service but cannot guarantee specific arrival times except for emergency services. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

5. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. Labor warranties vary by service type and will be specified at time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our technicians are fully insured and bonded.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe access to heating equipment
  • Ensuring pets are secured during service visits
  • Providing accurate information about system issues
  • Following maintenance recommendations
  • Prompt payment for services rendered

9. Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Customer information is used solely for service delivery and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
